Hodgson Academy visited the Bank of America in Chester.
Recently, 12 Year 10 girls from Hodgson Academy visited the Bank of America in Chester for an inspiring STEM event organised by the Stemettes.
The girls from Hodgson were divided into three groups, tasked with designing an amusement park using 3D modelling technology. This hands-on project not only allowed them to apply their creativity and technical skills but also culminated in presentations to a panel of judges and representatives from other schools.
The atmosphere was electric as the girls showcased their innovative ideas, and we are proud to report that both winning teams hailed from our school, highlighting the exceptional talent and teamwork displayed by our students.
This experience not only fostered their interest in STEM fields but also provided invaluable networking opportunities with industry professionals.
